It is one of the top 1% of universities in the world and among the cheapest universities in New Zealand for international students with its tuition fee starting from $28,800 for undergraduate courses. For diverse, multiethnic student groups, the University of Canterbury offers top-notch research opportunities and innovative programs. It offers bachelor’s degrees through five faculties: Arts and Education; Business; Management Studies; Science and Engineering; and Health Sciences. There are also postgraduate courses available in most disciplines taught at UC. There are more than 130 student clubs and organizations there, including UCSA. 4. University Of Waikato (Hamilton)

The University of Waikato is among the cheapest universities in New Zealand for international students that offers cheap tuition fees. It’s located in Hamilton, which is the fourth largest city in New Zealand and has a population of about 140,000 people. The tuition fees at the university start at $18,725 per year. Waikato provides a wide range of undergraduate and graduate programs, including those in the humanities, law, computing science, engineering, psychology, health, and management. 5. Auckland University Of Technology (Auckland)

The university has almost 30,000 students (over 15% being international), and a total staff count of more than 3200 across its three campuses. The main campus at North Dunedin hosts most faculties including arts, sciences & engineering degrees along with commerce & management courses; while health-care studies are based primarily at South Campus where there are also professional schools such as Law School or Dentistry School with dental clinics nearby. The tuition fee for undergraduate courses starts from NZD $31,370 and for graduate courses from NZD $40,000 per year.
