Everything About University Of Ibadan Admission Fee


The most common way of applying to a Nigerian university is through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board JAMB). Once you’ve sent either a full time or direct entry application across and discover that you have been accepted, your first step would be to accept or reject the offer. If you decide to reject the offer, then the application fees or tuition fees will not concern you. University Of Ibadan Fees


Your tuition fees are what accounts for the most while finding a university. At this university, your fees will largely vary depending on the degree level, the course you’ve opted for, the programme length, the equipment required, your practical training sessions and many more. However, on an average, your fee will range within 15,150 Naira for courses in the faculties of philosophy to 38,150 naira for pharmacy and forest production related courses. Take due note that your fees will also vary based on whether you are a fresh student or a returning/continuing student and how much tax will be included.

If you want to gain admission into UI, you must have the required credit in at least 5 credits in the subjects of the course that are relevant to your course of study. The subjects where you should have five credits depend on the course you want to study at the University. Mathematics and the English language are to be included in the list of subjects. 

Here’s are a few steps to follow when you’re sending in your application:

  1. Choose the University of Ibadan as your first choice of institution in your JAMB form.
