Lions-Lotus PhD Scholarship 2020 recruits a top-class PhD candidate for cutting-edge research into the prevention and treatment of liver cancer to significantly advance the field and improve the quality of life for liver disease patients worldwide. 

Value of Lions-Lotus PhD Scholarship 2020:

  • The successful candidate will receive a stipend valued at $30,000 per annum (tax-free) for three years with a maximum six (6) month extension (assessed on a case by case basis).

Eligibility

  • The applicant must meet the academic entry requirements for admission into a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program, including the English proficiency levels set by Curtin University.
  • First Class Honours 
  • Undergraduate degree in the field of biomedical sciences 
  • Excellent references confirming enthusiasm, commitment and a strong work ethic 
  • Open to Australian Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident, New Zealand Citizen, and Permanent Humanitarian Visa holders.
