Middle East and Turkey Postgraduate Excellence Award 2021 is being offered by the University of Nottingham UK towards full-time masters course of study to high-achieving international students enrolling  from Turkey and specific countries in the Middle East.

  • Applicants must be a national of (or permanently domiciled in) Afghanistan, Bahrain, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Turkey, UAE or Yemen.
  • Applicants must be classed as an overseas student for fee purposes.
  • Applicants must hold an offer to start a full-time masters (excluding MRes) in any subject area at the University of Nottingham UK in September or october 2021.

Important Note:

  • Applicants will be asked questions about their achievements, study plans and reasons for choosing the University. The responses will be assessed when making scholarship decisions.
  • Scholarships will only be awarded to students who accept their offer to study at the university. 
  • This award cannot be combined with another University of Nottingham regional, sports or Business School scholarship.

Value of the Middle East and Turkey Postgraduate Excellence Award, 2021:

Tuition fee scholarship of £4,000 or £8,000 for masters students who live in Turkey and specific Middle Eastern countries

Eligibility

  • To apply for this scholarship, you must:

  • be domiciled in Afghanistan, Bahrain, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Turkey, UAE or Yemen
  • be classed as an overseas student for fee purposes
  • hold an offer to start a full-time masters (including MRes) in any subject area at the University of Nottingham UK in September or October 2022
