The University of Melbourne invites applications for the University of Melbourne, Madeleine Selwyn-Smith Memorial Scholarships 2021 from students researching arboriculture. The aim of this scholarship is to provide financial assistance to students researching arboriculture. Selected students will receive assistance of up to AUD 3,000.

Terms and Conditions
- Applicants must be enrolled as a full-time student in a course at the University of Melbourne.
- Part-time students may be eligible to receive this scholarship.
- This scholarship cannot be deferred to the following year.
- Applicants must provide a brief report on the benefits of the scholarship and permit the University to provide the report, their name and course details to the donor.
- The exact amount of the scholarship is determined at the time of offering the award.
- A total of 6 scholarships are available under this scheme.
Eligibility
To be eligible, an applicant must:
- Be a graduate student at the University of Melbourne Faculty of Science
- Be researching in the discipline of arboriculture
- Be an Australian / domestic student or International student
- Show evidence of a financial need
