About

Cambrian College is a college of arts and technology located in Greater Sudbury, Ontario, Canada. It was founded in 1967 and is supported by the government of Ontario. The university includes campuses in Sudbury, Espanola, and Little Current. During the establishment of Ontario's college system in 1967,  the university was established as a technical school. It was initially founded with campuses in Sudbury, North Bay, and Sault Ste. Marie; in 1972 and 1973, the campuses in North Bay and Sault respectively became the independent Canadore College and Sault College.

Cambrian was a bilingual institution that provided instruction in both English and French up until 1995. The French programs were moved to College Boreal in that year. Being one of the largest colleges in Northern Ontario, Cambrian College’s acceptance rate stands at 70% with more than 4,796 full-time students and 100+ full-time programs, some of which are especially suited to the educational and professional goals of First Nations people. For part-time personal, professional, and human resources development courses, workshops, and seminars, an extra 9,000 registrations are accepted each year. Modules are provided in-person instruction, online learning, remote learning, and independent study.

Cambrian has relationships with universities in Canada, the USA, Australia, and other nations to improve student mobility between the two institutions. These agreements enable the formal recognition of credits earned at each institution and their transfer between institutions. Over 60,000 alumni from the university are spread out all over the globe. The college provides the alumni association's members with a variety of advantages and services.

Moreover, not all scholarships cover 100% of your study abroad expenses. At such times, most students resort to acquiring education loans to avoid the financial hassles associated with studying at the university. For Indian students, UniCreds is the ideal education loan marketplace if you’re looking for low-interest rates and free consultation services!
