Entry Requirement
Admission requirements

For this programme, you will need the following:

Completed one of the following:
- A relevant degree from a NZQA recognised institution
- National Diploma in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying AND have a least three years' experience in the field of Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- A professional qualification in a relevant discipline AND the ability to demonstrate competencies equivalent to a and b
- A minimum of six years management experience in the field of construction or a closely related industry
- A minimum of 8 credits at NCEA Level 2 in English (4 in reading, 4 in writing)
- If English is not your first language, you will need one or more of the following:
- Have achieved NCEA Level 3 and New Zealand University entrance
- Be able to provide evidence you satisfy our criteria for existing English proficiency
- Have achieved at least one English proficiency outcome in the last two years
