Application Details:

2. Hubert Humphrey Fellowships

The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship program provides financial assistance to outstanding students from around the world who are planning to study in the United States. 

Eligibility Criteria:

The Humphrey Fellowship requires applicants to have excellent academic performance, a demonstrated commitment to public service, and a record of leadership and community involvement. The programme also seeks applicants from countries in conflict or disaster zones, as well as those with low literacy rates or no secondary school education.

Scholarship Benefits:

The programme awards three-year fellowship grants of $35,000 per year; applicants must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at a U.S. college or university.

Application Details:

The deadline for applying is January 15th each year; applications must be received by this date. Applicants must submit an online application form and complete an application questionnaire; provide letters of recommendation and transcripts from all colleges and universities attended; take two standardized tests: the ACT or SAT examinations.

3. Agropolis Fondation Doctoral Fellowships

The Agropolis Fondation is a German foundation that awards three-year doctoral fellowships to promising researchers who have recently completed their doctorates. 

Eligibility Criteria:
