• Applicant must have completed their bachelor's degree at a college or university in the United States or hold a college or university degree equivalent to a four-year American baccalaureate degree
• Applicants with only three years of bachelors degree will also be considered
• Candidates interested in being considered for this Fellowship should be exceptional candidates from anywhere in the world who demonstrate qualities such as ethical leadership, diplomatic decisiveness, a track record of putting ideas into action, and a superb record of academic achievement
• The first round of Fellowship application review may include a personal interview. An evaluative interview is conducted by invitation only
