  • Please submit the 2019 tax information for the 2021-2022 academic year
  • Submit additional financial aid forms, such as the business/farm supplement, the cash flow statement, or the federal tax non-filer statement

Application Process: 

  • All applicants must file the online 2021-2022 CSS Profile via the College Board. Make sure to include Harvard as a recipient using the code 3434.  If parents are together, they will file one CSS Profile. If they are separated or divorced, the applicant will receive instructions from the College Board after he/she have filed the CSS Profile for his/her first parent letting them know how his/her second parent can fill out the Noncustodial Profile
  • Applicants are required to submission of tax and other documents through the College Board IDOC Service
  • The applicant will also submit the online Financial Aid Activity and Demographic Supplement form
  • If applicants don’t have an SSN, he/she should use their HUID on all forms
