Syracuse University awards the Maxwell School of Citizenship Scholarship to meritorious students every year. This scholarship programme works in conjunction with its internationally recognized mission of preparing leaders in government, business, and the nonprofit sector, the competition seeks to reward students with outstanding leadership potential. The competition is run by the Public Affairs Program in the Maxwell School at Syracuse University and The College of Arts and Sciences under the direction of Professor Bill Coplin. This scholarship is applicable for only Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Bachelors in Accounting in Syracuse University in USA.

The continuation of the scholarship depends on the good academic performance of the scholars in the examinations conducted by their respective universities.
Renewal cases of stipend holders who are not promoted to the next year will not be considered for further renewal.
