Scholarship Overview
The UniScholarz Beyond The Bridges Scholarship believes that nothing should be a hurdle in the way of education. Therefore, this is a need-based scholarship that aims to become the backbone of Indian students who are unable to fulfil their dreams because of lack of funds or low-income backgrounds. The scholarship will be awarded to Indian students who meet all criteria for need-based financial aid.
Shortlisting Process
- The selection of scholars for The UniScholarz Beyond The Bridges Scholarship involves a multi-stage process. The scholars will be selected after a thorough assessment of the merit and financial needs of all the applicants. The selection process includes:
- Screening of scholarship applications based on merit and financial need
- Telephonic interviews for further shortlisting of candidates
Terms and Conditions
- Before we award the scholarship, the winner will be required to verify their academic enrollment status by providing a copy of their most recent transcript.
- The scholarship winner needs to be in the country of his/her university in order to receive the award.
Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Hold a minimum score of 60% in high school or equivalent.
- Reflect that they lack means of self-funding their education abroad.
- Have a good academic track record.
- Be pursuing or will commence any UG/ PG course overseas in a recognized university/college outside India. This scholarship cannot be availed for studying in India
- Be matriculated at an accredited university abroad for the upcoming academic year starting 2021, and must maintain full-time status for the duration of the Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree.
How To Apply
Applications for the Beyond the Bridges Scholarship can only be submitted using the UniScholarz online application system. The deadline for applications is 24th Feb 2022. Results will be declared on 5th April 2022.

- Standardized test scores: SAT/GRE/ACT/GPA
- For Bachelors: Copies of transcripts/diplomas
- For Masters: An undergraduate degree that will enable you to gain entry onto a postgraduate programme at a university abroad by the time you submit your application.
