Scholarship Overview

The University of Waterloo Graduate Scholarship is awarded by the University of Waterloo to its meritorious students pursuing graduate studies at the university. This scholarship is applicable for both Masters and Bachelors Degrees. This scholarship is applicable for students from India and 239+ other countries.

Shortlisting Process

The selection of scholars for the University of Waterloo Graduate Scholarship involves a multi-stage process. The scholars will be selected after a thorough assessment of all the applicants. Candidates will be selected automatically by the Faculty/Department.

Terms and Conditions

The continuation of the scholarship depends on the good academic performance of the scholars in the examinations conducted by their respective universities.

Renewal cases of stipend holders who are not promoted to the next year will not be considered for further renewal.

 

Eligibility

  • The student must have a minimum first-class (80%) cumulative average in their current program or over the last two full-time academic years and be within the time limits of their graduate programme.
  • Must be within the time limits of the programme.
