Vellore Institute of Technology invites applications for Vellore Institute of Technology Centre for Bio-Separation Technology Junior Research Fellowship 2020 from MSc degree holders in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology. The fellowship is meant for the project titled, "A Simple microfluidic diagnostic chip for rapid and sensitive evaluation of Vitamin D deficiency". The selected fellows will receive a consolidated fellowship of INR 31,000 per month plus 8 % HRA.

To be eligible, an applicant must -

• Hold an MSc in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Or Biotechnology with 60% marks or above
• Be NET/GATE/DBT/-BET qualified

Note: Candidates having prior experience in organic synthesis and polymer chemistry are desirable.
